Job Description

Worldwide Architectural Supplier Seeks Sales Specialist to support the day-to-day functions and operations of the sales team. 

CRL is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who will support the daily functions of our sales organization by managing "go-to-market" initiatives, developing learning and procedural content, and providing sales tool program support.

This position may include coordinating meetings, functions, activities, and other events, and possible travel to sites where events are taking place.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Enablement, this team member is an excellent communicator and multi-tasker with a passion for driving the productivity of our sales team.

Salary of $60,000 to $80,000

Responsibilities:

  •  Coordinate technical product training for new products
  •  Develop learning content and manage the sales toolkit site and corresponding services
  •  Provide continuous employee training for products, new training initiatives, and support onboarding practices within the sales organization.
  •  Test new functionality for the tech stack
  •  Review and evaluate sales training and procedures for clarity and accuracy with cross-functional teams.
  •  Manage daily operations in the CRM system
  •  Maintain databases of information for a customer loyalty program
  •  May require some travel as needed

 Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Office Suite with a heavy focus on PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent presentation skills in small and mid-size groups
  • Ability to work well independently and cross-functionally.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Public speaking and training presentation skills (preferred)
  • Experience in Canva, Camtasia, or other video editing programs (preferred)
  • Proficiency in SAP/ERP is strongly preferred.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
  • 1+ years developing and presenting in front of small and medium-sized groups
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Previous experience in a CRM is strongly preferred.
