About the Position: 

The Sales Analyst position unlocks a core competency of Analytics and Accountability for an emerging sales organization. As part of the sales enablement organization, this role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement and drives revenue throughout the sales teams by providing accurate, consistent, and revenue-driven insights to all levels of leadership within the sales department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Provide individualized performance and quota analysis
  • Develop tracking plans/reporting for sales goals and sales operations projects in progress
  • Ensure successful delivery of all standard and ADHOC reporting to the sales organization in a timely manner
  • Investigate and provide well-informed and supported interpretations of data analysis to the business
  • Participate in the development of monthly business review data requirements and trend analysis
  • Maintain a dialogue across the sales organization to provide a narrative of data and emerging trends
  • Assist in the development of a sales plan and strategy based on data analysis

Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2-3 years experience of data to business interpretation and presenting analysis to business leaders
  • Must be proficient in Office Suite products with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to process and present a vast amount of data into meaningful information.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills, the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.

Safety

  • This position is frequently sedentary.
  • To avoid injuries to hands, back, and neck, proper ergonomics should be maintained while working at a desk/workstation.
  • The position will require the occasional visit to shipping locations within the facility and the necessary PPE.

Work Environment 

  • Primarily works in an office environment with a controlled climate.
  • Ability to perform light-hand activity work at a computer/telephone station in an office environment. Position is primarily sedentary.
