Job summary:

The Product Specialist will support Product Manager with quantitative and qualitative Market and customer insights, In-depth competitive analysis & executing product category tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct portfolio analysis to recommend product adjustment or tactics to re-establish/enhance performance

  • Gather, in a systematic and structured way, customer Product and/or business-related insights and share with Product Manager. These are strong inputs into roadmap and Program Development Process (PDP)

  • Build in-depth Competitors and Product competitive analysis to compare features and benefits, technical performance, value prop, go to market, service level and tactics used by competitors

  • Manage new SKU addition and discontinuation following established process. Ensure all cross functional parties are informed, engaged and accountable for timely and flawlessly execution of these portfolio movements on our systems (ERP, e-Commerce, PIM)

  • Support Product Manager with drafting New Product Development Requests for growing product line

work experience requirements & Qualification

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business analytics, customer insight or Product support preferably in Building Material segment.

  • Demonstrated skills with structured & data driven approach, project management

  • Strong teamwork and influencing cross functionally skills.

  • High ethics and moral standard, walk the talk and result driven personality

 

Salary range: $70,000 - 98,000
